The user do not want to change it everytime. Are you using a work computer? Only keep the settings before restart outlook, Once restart outlook, all gone. After it works, I do the step 4 again with same domain user account. Then it doesn’t work. So I assume it is not user profile, windows image problems. But the problem persist and I don’t know to fix.

Now i have to help each user seperately but we have over users so that must be easier tot do. You can only change the default font of Office Online application of your users one by one. It is also the same if your organization is using Office desktop applications.
