I just set up the new server with a domain and joined a handful of Windows 7 and Windows 10 PCs successfully. I did the first one today. However, after the reboot it will not accept any domain credentials. The same username I used to join the PC to the domain is now refused access to login through the computer. I was able to remove and rejoin the domain hopeful the problem would magically go away, but it does not.
I opened a ticket with MS and the only thing they offered was an identical problem with an Acer PC, but their solution was to refer the person to Acer for a fix. There was not follow up posted after that. I spoke with Asus support and they have nothing to offer to help me outside of sending it to a repair shop.
Try disabling IPv6 on the workstation. I started having similar issues when Windows 8. Get the latest Windows 10 Updates installed.
