However it says ” Sorry, something went wrong. An error occurred, but it could be temporary. Please start again to connect your bank to Xero. I can’t reconnect the bank now. The bank feed is the primary reason why I subscribed to Xero. My ANZ bank feed doesn’t work. We can see there’s currently a Yodlee feed connected for the ANZ credit card in this organisation.
ANZ now provides Xero customers with a direct feed for credit cards. We’d like to get this card connected to the improved feed. To upgrade to the direct feed, you’ll need to add a new bank account to your Xero organisation. ANZ credit cards are set up in Xero as bank accounts rather than credit card accounts. When you add the account, you’ll need to enter the full account number found on your ANZ bank statement.

I have been with Xero for a long time and very familiar with their bank feeds and how to refresh them etc. I am with Barclays bank. I have checked and can see there are several customers experiencing the same thing as me on your chat with the same error message- this really needs to be resolved as a matter of urgency.
I too have tried all the suggestions from Xero and it is still not working and my error message is exactly the same as other have said – here is a screen shot- I have tried everything!!! I am having the same problem. It says bank feed activated but is not working. I have done the process 3 times and is not working.
Wondering if we should pay the full price if Xero is not providing the full service? Xero support, what do you think? Do you feel Xero has been fair to charge full price for part of the service?
